Stock Caps Returns:

  • We accept returns of stock caps provided they are unused and in their original condition, with no damage.
  • The buyer is responsible for both the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Custom Orders:

  • All custom orders are made to your specifications and, therefore, are non-refundable.
  • In cases where incorrect measurements are provided or if the tolerance in measurements results in a cap that does not fit, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory solution.
